Tax & Accounting Advice

Your business needs an accountant you can count on for advice and support throughout the year so you can make decisions confidently and plan strategically for tax time. We’re not like the shopping centre tax agents who disappear for 9 months of the year. We’re full-time and available for tax advice and planning when you need it. You might also want to talk to us about accounting fix ups, business asset purchases, acquisitions, and loans.

Audits & Compliance

Audits and compliance might sound a little scary (and expensive) but with the right partner, they don’t have to be. We’re up to date on all the latest reporting regulations (we’re experienced with translating government websites, too!). We’ll help you make sure you’re meeting all your ongoing tax and record keeping obligations, including income tax, payroll tax, superannuation, ASIC, BAS, and GST. That way, when (not if!) you’re audited by the ATO, the process is as smooth and painless as possible. We offer our clients an optional Audit Shield Service so that we can take care of any adjustments to tax returns at no out-of-pocket cost.

Exit Planning

All good things come to an end (eventually!). When it’s time for you to wrap up your business, we can help you through implementing systems to add value and managing the process of valuations, tax implications, sale, and closing down the entity (if needed).

Service Agreement

If it looks like we’re a good fit for what you need, we’ll propose a fixed-price package that covers all your tax, accounting, and business advisory services for a 12-month period.

Tax and Accounting Services

We contact you to book a tax meeting to get your company and personal tax returns sorted on time. We’ll ask you a few questions and generate reports from your cloud accounting software to make tax time as easy and streamlined as possible for you

Ongoing Support and Advice

We’re here throughout the year for questions and support via phone, email, or in our office. Most clients consult with us on finance-related decisions like purchases, acquisitions, hires, and accounting software. It’s the best way to be confident and stay on track all year.

I’m not based in Brisbane. Can we still work together?

Yes! We work remotely with many of our clients, collaborating via Zoom, email, phone, and Slack.

What’s included in the fixed fee package?

Your package will include all the tax and business advisory services you need, tailored to your situation, with individual tax returns, company tax, and consulting advice when you need it. The best bit is, you never have to worry about getting an unexpected bill just because you reached out with a question. Ask for help any time you need it and we’ll be there.

I need help in other areas of my business, like bookkeeping, superannuation, and financial planning. Can you help me with that?

I already have a bookkeeper, SMSF manager, financial planner, etc. Can you collaborate with them, or do I have to switch to one of your partners?

Yes! We’re more than happy to collaborate with your existing service providers.

What if I need more than 15-minutes for our initial free consultation?

Sometimes our initial call will take a little longer than 15-minutes, so we allow up to 30-minutes in our schedule. If we end up needing more than 30-minutes, we may need to schedule an additional paid consultation.

What if my needs change and I require services outside of our fixed fee package?

We know that businesses can change throughout the year. If you need more business advisory services than what your fixed fee package requires, we’ll provide an updated agreement.

How much do your business and tax advisory services cost?

Our fixed price packages start from $2,500/year, depending on your business structure and needs. Contact us for a complimentary 15-minute chat and we’ll be able to propose a package and fee tailored to your business.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! You can pay for your 12-month package upfront or in monthly installments.
